I have seen Dr. Nelson only once but my experience with him was very impressive. I have been a type 2 diabetic for almost 11 yrs i have never eer had a dr sit abd take so much time in talking to me and informing me on diabeties. This dr is very informative and very intelligent . Dr.Nelson made me feel ery comfortable. His nurse is also very friendly and sweet and his receptionists are also very kind. I enjoyed my visit so well n i am so impressed i have made the choice to ask him to be my pcp. My daughter is also making an appointment to see him

IVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR> NELSONS SINCE 2000. IN MY OPINON HE WAS HELPFUL FINDING ME A DR> IN LEXINGTON,EVERY TIME I MAKE A APP> TO SEE HIM I ALWAYS GET PUT WITH THE NURSE PRACTIOIER,WHOM IS MORE HELPFUL.HE IS HARDLY EVER IN HIS OFFICE !!!! THEY ARE TO WRAPPED UP IN THE SPA AND WELLNESS WHICH IS GOOD ALSO>TO ME I PAY OR GET CHARGED THE SAME AS IF I HAD SAW DR. NELSON,HE HAS TO MANY PATIENTS TO GIVE THEM THJE TIME HE NEEDS TO AT THEIR VISIT !!!!! THANK YOU

GREAT DOCTOR and STAFF! I go to his new place! He is a bit of a diet pill pusher, which you need Google diet pills and long term affect see if its really worth the risk of taking the pills. I was addict to diet pills for years it not worth the long term affects on your body. Its the same as meth, crack, or coke. No, different just cause it come from a doctor its still speed. I LOVE the spa treatments!
