Don’t trust anyone and don’t talk to anyone!!!

Their counselor sucks

They have had by best interest at heart..love each of the staff members ty all so very much. BHG YOU ALL ROCK..

I believe these people at this facility, truly do have your best interest at heart,and I feel like this will be my final destination of the hope God has instilled in me to fight off this horrible disease of addiction.

They make your well-being their priority, instead of treating you like another number on their registry.

As far as the councelers mine is a female and she is amazing but I do hear a lot of the other patients bragging about how awesome their counceler is as well!! The nurse is is amazing and knows what she's doing and does it by the book! Now the front end people that welcome you is another story! They have a female up there that will not say Hi, Good Morning, How are you, or anything! This felmale at the front end roles her eyes at people and many of people have seen this happen to them as well, while checking you in she sits on her telephone giggling and laughung hwhich is so rude! If I welcomed my customers like that at my job well I wouldn't have a job! Anyone that knows the males knows he is just himself and doing his job and does a good job! But now how we patients get treated by this female is totally uncalled for! This review is only based on what she's doing by not doing her job right only! If you are first point of contact that customers/patients see you should be welcoming, friendly, smile, tell people to have a good day! But instead I've seen her role her eyes more than a handful of times, at what? I don't know but doesn't matter it's rude and she is ALWAYS on her phone and I mean ALWAYS! If I treated my customers like she treats us patients of BHG I wouldn't have a job! And I'm not saying Fire her I'm saying make a change and then if she can't make that change then yes Fire her! We don't spend our money there to have eyes roles at us, ignored and treated rudely! Like I said this is only based on what I have seen since day one of her working there! If she hates her job that bad let her go find another one, if she has something against people with addiction then clearly she's in the wrong place! And that's pretty much how she comes off like I'm better than you, you don't deserve my attention! Well she can go fu** herself cause I bet you I am a better person than she could ever be and been through many many storms she wouldn't have made it through the first one! Ok I'm done now! But this place need to look Into how their patients are being treated! One last thing I bet if I had other patients to fill out this survery you would get the same responce from them!

Great, friendly employees. Everyone there is so well trained in addiction treatment.
