Made an appointment online for my son. Went, checked in and only waited for about 5 minutes. They were thorough in their exam, ran all tests that were necessary. The staff was all friendly, they explained medicines and care in detail.

They swabbed my throat for strep and left me in the room for over an hour while the nurse just played on her phone, I'm guessing they forgot I was in there because when I walked out the door to ask them about it the test was just coincidentally finished. Wouldn't recommend going there, if you want a professional urgent care clinic go to the pmc clinic near gamestop they are way better and more efficient

We only waited about an hour for a walk-in appointment with my grandson. A very thorough visit with the healthcare team took approximately 30 minutes and we were out the door heading to the pharmacy. Everyone there, from the office manager, nurse and practitioner, was very friendly and professional!!

Great! They are sweet and compassionate and listen to your needs. They did a super good job with myself, my husband and my son. Not a long wait time either! Definitely will come back if needed.
