He is a great physician, but he needs new office staff, they will never answer the phone or return calls... his office staff is disgusting.. NEED NEW OFFICE STAFF!!

Hands down the best doctor in this are. This man saved my life, numerous times and not because of drugs or whatever but because he assumed it was a very rare disease and he was 100% right. He’s incredible.To everyone complaining about wait times; this man drives from Louisville to Prestonsburg TWICE a week and is the ONLY gastrointestinal physician in the see. I’d suggest you go elsewhere... but you’re outta luck if you do.

Unacceptable wait times. Appoint scheduled at 2:30 pm. Arrived at 2:28 checked in all papers signed by 2:30. It was 5:49 before I was even brought to the back. Why even have appointments if your going to make patients wait over 3 and a half hours past their scheduled times?

Been to this doctor 3 times and am never seen by the doctor in an even relivent time of my appointment. I literally sat in the waiting room from 2:29 pm today until 5:56 before my name was called to see the doctor. This is unacceptable.

As a nurse I was prepared for the long wait. I was pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness and attentiveness shown during my visit.
