Went this morning for the first time. The staff were super great and friendly. The female Dr was also great and friendly and seemed to know what she was talking about and would listen to you. Hoping her diagnosis will fix me. I would recommend this place.

Always “loses” my blood work, very dirty rooms, long wait time, never takes an interest on my problems and you’ll almost never ever see the actual doctor there.

Everybody that works at MVP has been great, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, everybody has the type of personality that makes a person feel at ease about being in a doctor's office, just an all around good place to go for allergy problems or hearing difficulties

Went in today with a swollen shut ear and they put a wick in it and told me they would call me in some ear drops. They asked what place I wanted it called in at. I told them. Drive all the way to that place to get my ear drops and the pharmacist said they didn’t get any order. I called the veronneau office back to tell them. They said they called it in at a different place but they would fix it right then, I told the pharmacist they was sending it right then. Wait a hour and they still didn’t send it in. I called back 8mins before closing time and they wouldn’t answer the phone. So this being Friday I don’t have no medicine for my swollen shut ear and going to be in pain all weekend. Not going back to them. Going to find me a actual doctor who cares about their patients...

Great staff and doctors. Never had a problem, they did my sons ear tubes a couple years ago and have always given good care. I will recommend them to anyone .
