I WOULD NEVER go back. This is the 4th time I have shown up and they have taken FOREVER to get me back. I got a head cold a week ago and have a residual cough. I called and made the “earliest appt” I start work at 10 am. I let them know, I start work at 10 am I need to be in and out at that time. They said OKAY. Get there. Their phones are down. I coughed once, they sent me over to curbside freezing with no jacket. Their phones are down. So I have to knock. They take 10 mins to find me a phone to call the front desk to check in. I then explain that I can’t take a Covid test because I already only had 30 mins. It would take at least 20 for just the Covid test. They DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR JOB. IVE CALLED AND COMPLAINED EVERY TIME TO NO CHANGE. It’s pointless. Will be looking for another primary care physician for my entire family. One that values your life and what you have to go through. One that ACTUALLY listens. Not to mention my previous Dr. there would rather me wait in extreme pain to see a GI dr instead of just doing some tests. Switched drs. and we found out in less than 3 hours what was wrong with me. All she had to order was an H.Pylori test. Instead she pawned me off on someone else without listening. This place is downright despicable.

Dr Shan Sun, DMD is an excellent dentist. She is professional and is tender with her skills. She takes time to explain what is needed and how she can treat you. She listens to what you have to say and answers your questions. I would highly recommend her and the staff.

The worst doctor and dental office. My father has had a tooth abscess going on 4 weeks. His face is swollen so bad on the left side his eye is almost shut. We explained it was an emergency due to his blood pressure rising out of normal range, his throat swelling, chills and headaches. They wanted to see him within the next following week but they moved the date closer to have it removed. When we came into the appointment for the tooth removal they told my father that they felt unqualified for the tooth extraction and that he would have to wait a whole other week. With all the medication he is taking ontop of the prescription medication for his tooth he is having chest pains and wanted to talk with his medical provider to see if a medication needed to be removed. They told him it would be another visit and that he could not have two visits in one day. We just needed advice. In all honesty I felt like they just did not want to do their job.

Got a covid test on Friday at 1230. Three days later have heard nothing and can’t t get through to clinic. Hoping I’m not sick or infecting others...

It was fine and fast but I wanted tooth pulled that day but they wouldn't and they can't get me in for a month cuz doctor is goin on vacation

Dr Sun is great!! I find her knowledgeable, professional and caring. She always explains what she is doing and makes the visit comfortable.
