Fast Pace Health Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

After this last visit, I will not ever be coming back. I’d rather sit in the ER for six hours than be treated how I was at this urgent care. My nurse was incredibly kind, he was the best part of the whole experience. After seeing the provider, a Rebecca, she explained she had no idea how to treat my infection and needed to send off my sample for a culture. I reasoned that I was in incredible pain, and she sympathized with me. She then provided me with pain medicine, promising that it should be ready soon. I go to work and 8 hours later I’m trying to pick up my prescription. The pharmacy never received it. When I called to question what was going on, the woman that answered the phone was extremely hostile. She kept saying, “Maam, this just happens sometimes I don’t know what to tell you.” She then said she’d see what she could do about sending it to another pharmacy, despite me telling her that ny insurance won’t pay for the ones she was suggesting. She eventually hung up on me and I never heard from them again. I’ve been in pain for over 12 hours now, and there’s no relief in sight from the provider who had assured me everything would be okay.

We can always make our relationship the best for us, life or career a successful as we desire, it only take you to put in the right effort and if you feel you need help then look for help. After my husband left me heartbroken. I was lonely, devastated and sad luckily I was directed to a very kind and powerful man who helped me brought back my husband and now he loves me far more than ever am so happy with life now thank you so much

I am a veteran Trying out fast pace for the 1st time instead of going to the VA clinic. The whole process was very seamless and professional. Results of my test or given to me and copied for me to take to my VA provider. Will definitely go there again if needing care.

We recently moved here and our daughter needed to be seen asap. We made our appointment online- come appointment time we had a short wait. Filled out quick paperwork(via text link) and we were called back within 30mins. The doctor and Nurse were great. They listened to my concerns about our daughter. She was tested in Office and quickly seen. Medication was sent over and She was treated with no hassle! One of the best Urgent care clinics we’ve been to! The front office Lady was absolutely the sweetest! Definitely recommend!

I am a veteran and went to fast pace On the recommendation of my VA clinic because it is closer to my home. The process to be seen there was very seamless and professional. I was promptly given the results of my test and given copies to give my VA health provider. I will be telling my friends and family to make sure they take advantage of this great service in our local community.

Receptionist and nurse were great. As soon as the dr came in, she leaned her back against the wall and crossed her arms as if I was a waste of her time. She was in the room for MAYBE 2 minutes. She told me she would order zpak then walked out. I didn't know what zpak was so I walked back to the front counter for clarification. I stood there for 6-7 more minutes as no one was at the counter. I had a line of 2-3 people come in behind me so I decided I would just google my question and went on my way. As soon as I opened the door to leave, someone came back to the desk and started helping the next person. I will never suggest this place, and will not be going back.
