Huge shoutout to the newer Dr Marshall. He is a wonderful listener, he validated my concerns, and was excellent at problem solving. So happy to have him in Shelbyville as my PCP and would recommend him to anyone else.

I went in for the first time for an appointment that I have been having for a cough that’s been a week long, everyone was nice. The wait time was okay. I was told I was going to get a prescription for my cough but it has been two days and I have yet gotten that prescription. The pharmacy keeps telling me that nothing has been sent in. I have called numerous times and have left messages and have also sent a message through the MyChart. I have heard nothing back. The front desk receptionist just keeps sending me to the phone that goes to voicemail.

Very nice staff. But hard to get answers when you call , never return calls told blood test result would be in next day (didn't happen).Then I call and I'm told that it wasn't done there . She then said someone would have to call me.back Was sending in antibiotic but never did been 3 days now. Going to get reffel but I decided to call cause 3 days later still no reffel .

Friendly office staff and thorough doctors. I enjoy staying within the Norton community so that I can keep track of all my records through MyChart and my gynecologist and kids doctor are all right next door. Very convenient.

Dr. French is a great doctor. His office staff is professional and courteous. I moved to the area about 8 months ago and switched to this office. I have had nothing but great service from this office.

Wrong calls left and right from the medical team here. We enjoyed this place at first but quickly became a nightmare. Never going back
