Saw Dr. Laith Sweis after moving to the area and needing a new primary care Dr. His attention to detail was impeccable, he was very thorough and explained everything very well. The nursing staff was great too, I was very nervous finding a new dr. and this was a very pleasant experience.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BED SIDE MANNORS, EVERYONE IS RUDE AND QUITE FRANKLY UNQUALIFIED. THEY LOVE TO ARGUE OVER EVERYTHING.

It is clean, set up for social distancing and everyone is nice and very helpful.

BEWARE of KAITLYN BOWMAN!! Been a patient for couple years. I have a touch of asthma. I usually have insurance thru work but with covid-19 and everything closing down I had to get a Medicaid policy. Never had an issue until now. My very last appointment I was having breathing issues. She ordered a x-ray, no blood work after coming in fasting. I was told to come back in two weeks for blood work and I need to log my blood pressure which I DON'T have. It was elevated because I couldn't breathe from coughing. So just under two months later I go to the ER and guess what they found? With only an x-ray? EMPHYSEMA!!! Either KAITLYN BOWMAN only cares for herself and her wallet or SHE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO MED SCHOOL!! This needs to be looked at and I will see that this happens.. Unacceptable!!!!!

We scheduled a new patient appointment three weeks out. Husband took off work for it. They confirmed via text and everything, and then the day before the appointment they called to cancel our appointment because "they aren't taking new patients". Not sure why we were allowed to make the appointment then and/or why they waited so long to tell us.

There was child brought in that needed shots and apparently had a severe phobia of them. He was very upset and crying. The parents kept threatening to take the child's TV and things away. When they called for the child to go back he got even more upset. Instead of the nurse trying to comfort him she held her arm up on the door to keep him from going back out. Which caused him to freak out and start to almost push her not realizing he was doing so. He was so frantic. We could hear him screaming all the way in the back. 10 min later they came out and the child had not gotten his shots. The mother told the staff in front of everyone she was going to take him downtown to have him strapped down in restraints and asked the staff for the number and help on how to do that. The staff did so. In the meantime no one bothered to help this child to calm down or try to talk to him or comfort him in anyway. Where was the advocate for this child??? This should be addressed. The mother is still in here now getting help with the staff on how to restrain him. He is an 11yr old child. I understand that he needs his shots. I also work in a medical facility and I also understand that it's not always easy getting a child or an adult to take a shot. But it is also the staff's responsibility to try and help him feel safe or help him feel like everyone isn't against him.

Overbooked, better call ahead 3 months in advance in order to see YOUR doctor. If you try to take the 1st appointment available they act like you are such a burden on them and they are annoyed that you are there. This is the doctors acting like this. People that make 100,000 plus a year and you can't just be nice to people? Get it together Shepherdsville.....
