I want to preface my review by saying that I have been here several times in the past and have always been happy with the care/service I've received. However, today I took my 18 yr old son in to have a piece of metal debris removed from his eye (we are a family of metalworkers.....it happens). I must say, service was great, interactions were great, everyone we encountered was great including the doctor I'm about to speak on. My issue with said doctor he was wearing DIRTY COWBOY BOOTS!!! I have issue with this for a few reasons. 1) I would really like my doctors to be happy with their life as a doctor....not still living their 5 yr oldselfs fantasy of being a cowboy 2) Boots were dirty.....if your a good doctor, your probably still not working on the farm....just saying. But!...even if you disagree with my way of thinking with those 2 reasons I'm sure you'll agree that...3) I don't think that boots with what I REALLY HOPE WAS MUD!!!!! on them are right for a sanitary environment!!!! That is all.

Everytime I have come here, whether i was being seen or bringing someone else, the person at the front desk is always rude and it is hit or miss on whether you get a doctor that cares or one that treats you like you are a bother to them. Would rather die than come here. **update** 2 years later and still worst place to go. Triage and front desk don't care and act like you bothering them. You tell them you a fall risk and then make you walk and get attitude when you ask for a chair. They don't care about their patients and don't provide little to no treatment. This place will end up killing someone.

Just sat for. Two hours to get a cast that is to tight on my foot cut. Off all for the. Not to even cut it off. And. Iam still in. Pain and. Numb in. My. Foot

The staff were all friendly and helpful. They were fast to do all the needed tests and got me back quick!!! I appreciate how I got in and out so fast too. Also the nurse got me the first stick amd my veins are tiny.

Even with construction going on, the parking was OK. Clean offices and helpful staff.

Usually I'm very satisfied, I wasn't yesterday left there in the same shape as I was before the painful decision. To go. Still having same symptoms today. I had a feeling they thought I was looking for something. Besides a diagnosis

Got in a car wreck did the tests eat her for FOUR hours before threatening to leave. “Networks being down” “ waiting only on this” “ just need that” this is why people don’t seek help after accidents because Im in pain haven’t been offered not so much a Tylenol and absolutely NO expectations set. Im getting different stories from different nurses and having to be stuck then restful because there zero communication on what the hell they should be doing.

Did not update information properly poor bed side manor by one of the female doctors. Tell you to come in if you have increased pain numbness or weakness then they do nothing but act like you waisted their time ....
