This use to be the go to place, they would get you in quickly and were so nice. Now it takes hours to be seen. It feels like they forget you’re there and you can hear them laughing, hanging out and talking. Some of the staff are so rude, it’s always hit or miss here. Some of them do whatever they can to half fast stuff and take short cuts without actually checking on you. The previous time I was here, the lady tried doing my vitals at the same time while shoving a Q-tip tester down my nose and said “it’s not even that far up there”, very snarky, and as I was in pain- the arm thing was making my arm go numb to the point you could hear the Velcro holding on for dear life for over 5 minutes that thing was on my arm still struggling from being so tight and I could not feel my arm anymore it was throbbing so bad when it finally got taken off.

Kim and Rosalind were amazing to my daughter yesterday. We took her in for a migraine we couldn't get rid of and they were amazing with her. They treated her and sat her in a dark room for 20 min to make sure she was responding to the meds. Rosalind was so great with us and the staff was just awesome!! Thank you ladies!! does decent with walk ins but they aren't open on specific holidays so be careful getting sick.

The workers here are SO friendly. From the desk to the physician, manager, and nurses. They took me in within minutes and apologized for the wait (they didn’t need to because of course they’re busy :)) I’m definitely coming back when I need to be seen.

We are so grateful for this urgent care location! Christy Tobbe is an incredible provider who’s taken care of our entire family during this current Covid surge. She listens to her patients, provides comprehensive care, and makes sure we’ve received all of the treatments that we need. I never hesitate to have my two children (or myself) seen by Christy when something urgent comes up and we’re unable to get in to see our primary care providers.

My son has been to this immediate care a few times. I was there again today, and I seen Dr Christina Tobbe, this is the 2nd time I've seen her, she's always very nice and has a great bedside manner, she's also great with my Autistic son. I would recommend going here if you need immediate care
