I have seen Dr. Gallo for over 9 years. He has always taken the time to allow me to ask questions and will give an honest answer even if it’s not one I want to hear. My kids have also seen him for the last 8.5 years. I wouldn’t take them to any other Dr.

On Saturday I found my throat hurting with white spots on my tonsils. So Sunday I went to urgent care where he was working. He did a strep test, did a quick look in my throat and listened to my chest and then because the test came back negative he sent me on my way saying it was a cold. That night I ran a super high fever and had muscle aches, spasms, and chills. My throat got way worse. On Monday I went to see another doctor who said my tonsils were very infected and it was spreading to my tongue. I was put on double antibiotics. It is now Thursday and I'm still run down and the infection is slowly going away. I'm very enraged on how Dr. Gallow barely checked. Me over and made me feel like a number and not a patient. In 3 days the infection was really bad who knows what would of happen to me if I went on taking his diagnosis thinking it was just a cold.

My husband recently saw Dr. Gallo at the LCMA Walk-In Clinic. Dr. Gallo was friendly and professional and we received quick, quality care!

Dr. Gallo is one of the kindest people I know. He sees my entire family and my kids love seeing him! He is never too busy to answer questions and always there for you! He is very upfront with his patients and always has a smile. Awesome doctor!

Both my children and my husband and I are patient's of Dr. Gallo. He is always thorough, takes time to explain any new medications or recommendations, and friendly. My kids really love him too, and I appreciate that he always talks to them like people, in charge of their own bodies. He has never made going to the doctor scary for them! Highly recommend!

Dr Gallo is not attentive to children's needs! He doesnt even know his patients name he refures to them as the kid. I have a problem with a dr who doesn't even take the time to sit down. Ithey dont return calls. So you should never leave a message. He has misdiagnosed my 2yr old which resulted in a 2 day hospital stay. I went to get flu shots for my children. His receptionist told mw because my children had ky state medical care they had no vaccination for my children. All of these concerns I have broight to the dr attention and his response is . oh I'm sorry we are short handed or they dont usually work in this office.
