Didn't answer phone call. Went in to confirm they could actually perform x-rays (after another Fast Pace owned clinic told me they weren't able at the time of appointment, although they specifically advertise this service). I waited approximately 10 minutes at the desk, no one around to be found. Avoid Fast Pace and their subsidiaries.

My daughter was very sick strep symptoms during the check in process the receptionist ask for my debit card to place on file - we have anthem blue cross insurance through my work, very good insurance - but since the insurance said they would pay 25% of the visit they wanted my card on file to auto charge whatever the insurance didn’t cover -and they couldn’t tell me what that charge would be or even tell me prior to us leaving the facility, there billing department would auto charge it at later date- uh no!!!! She kept saying we don’t know what the bill will be - so I ask if I self pay for the visit whats the cost she said 150 that includes the strep test and the visit so I self paid - but they couldn’t let me use my insurance cause they supposedly didn’t know how much it would cost, but if I could prepaid they knew lol - Had my daughter not been so sick I would left immediately. Won’t be back

Nothing fast today about fast pace yet the office was not busy with people inside. The appointment system must curve that which defeats the walk in process to me, alas. They should sanitize those iPads used for check in if they are so concerned about Covid. My elderly mother did not need to mess with that stuff and we waited for an hour watching it not be cleaned but passed back out

I am a repeat patient. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is VERY efficient and friendly. Website could use some work. Scheduling online was not possible the day I attempted same.

I’ve always liked this place but today I came in at around 5:20 pm and there was nobody in the waiting room and maybe 3 cars in the parking lot and the lady at the desk turned me away saying they were booked for the rest of the night…It’s supposed to be a WALK IN clinic open till 8pm!! Do better!!!
