I have been a patient (?) for the past 9 months, but have never seen him. A PA met with me on each visit, ordering additional tests each time. Appointments were cancelled and rescheduled several times, including once while I was in the parking lot for a scheduled appointment. Would not recommend this practice.

I was so disappointed in the way I was treated at this office. Long story short, I was told my symptoms didn’t match my MRI. They wanted to order two more additional MRI’s. Needless to say, I drove 3 hours to the neurosurgeon that did my first surgery. I had a consult today for this issue and I’m now sitting in the hospital prepped for surgery tomorrow morning. No addt’ MRI’s needed.They did not listen to anything I was saying. It seemed as though they thought I wanted pain medicine when all I asked for was help getting better and declined any medicines.I’ve heard wonderful things about the surgeons there before I went and now my opinion has been 1,000% changed.

Dr. El is a great doctor. He has done four surgeries for me and has helped me a great deal.

I don't recommend this dr! He did back surgery in my husband and he is worse than before! He never see my husband on the hospital after the surgery and discharge him on the same day without physiotherapy. Nether recommended rehabilitation! He promised that my husband would walk better after the surgery, it didn't happen!

This website would not post my actual opinion because my review was very long and in detail as this doctor has no integrity whatsoever his word is not good. His staff were nice and very helpful but the ending result his surgery was scheduled three times and three times canceled town for a new doctor

Dr is okay staff is a nightmare. The phone tree is horrible and trying to get someone to call you back won’t happen. Turned in my FMLA paperwork 2 weeks ago called every day this week, now Friday no one has called me back, paperwork hasn’t been submitted. Keep getting sent to voicemails.

Excellent Dr. Did my surgery and I had no problems.

Waited 3 months with severe low back pain to get in seen the PA she said I had two disc rubbing bone on bone that was what was causing the severe pain and I needed surgery so I said ok she said the surgery would be in 4 weeks and they would call me with a surgery date I waited 4 weeks still in bad pain and didn't hear from them so I called them back and they said the doctor looked at my disc and didn't recommend any surgery at this time they didn't even bother to call me back I'm no doctor but something is bad wrong it's just not normal to be in severe pain this long I have now hired me a doctor in Lexington that's going to fix my back I would not recommend this doctor.

I had been patient of Dr. El -Kalliny for about 4 years. He did the best he could do and than some but in the end the bridge was burnt. The receptionists are extremely polite and kind but the rest of the staff is bogged down and over booked. I attempted to establish communication and contact but not a return call, text, email, or even a letter in the mail.

I waited 4 months to see doctor El-kalini But it was worth it.i had a cervical fusion And since I woke up from surgery my arm pain and shoulder pain was gone. I’d recommend this surgeon for anyone who suffers from back or neck pain
