Rey disappointed I had cataract surgery June 8 here it is one month later still blurred, double vision and the feeling of something in my eye. Can’t read or at times see the TV words. Frustrated that it seems he has passed me off. He’s also difficult to converse with he’s always in a hurry to get out of the room. I expected better.

Brought my elderly father to see Dr. Henry. His appointment was at 2 pm. It was after 4 before he was seen. Last trip to this doctor. He obviously values his time more than he does anyone else's. Not very professional.

The reviews are correct! The wait time is terrible. This seems to be an ongoing issue and hasn't been resolved.

The wait time is absolutely RIDICULOUS! My appt was at 1130am and I didn’t get called back until 355pm!! I will never go back. The lobby was super full when I got there , and the workers are rude! I understand they are busy, but they should reconsider how they schedule appts!

As others say the wait time is the worst of any doctor I have ever been to. He needs to tighten up his schedules and not book so many. I’m going to find a new eye doctor.

I am sure Dr. Henry is a good Doctor. However when you have to wait more than an hour to get in the office, that is unacceptable! They must over schedule or just do not care about their patients. Who do they think they are? I can drive to Lexington and see an excellent doctor quicker than I can wait to see Dr. Henry.....,

I had contemplated Lasik surgery for over a decade! I was scared, worried and concerned with the price. After consulting with Dr. Mark Henry and his friendly team at Southern KY Eye all my worries were subsided. I was blown away with their attention to detail and their personalized experience. They answered all my questions and were so reassuring that I was a good candidate, that my concerns vanished. Now I’m post-op a week with zero complications and can see 20/20. I’m amazed, pleased and sing their praises. I would do it over 100 fold!

I feel he may be a good physician however the wait is ridiculous. I'm sure if the patient showed up an hour late they wouldn't be pleased. Waiting is part of it I get that but 45 minutes to an hour is unacceptable
