Esther Saalfeld's Online Review Report Card

She is one of the best and my favorite doctor. Will miss her when she retires.

Have been a patient of Dr Saafeld since Forever!!! As my beloved deceased wife was also. Dr Saafeld is beyond kudos that I can think of. Such caring yet professional expertise. Will miss her SO very much but wish her many happy days of retirement. (I might add, I am 91 years old. That alone should describe her care)

I don't like doctors or hospitals. Have been that way since I was a child and I will be 78 next month. I have been her patient for at least 14 years or more. I have developed a good repore with her. She is thorough and I am sure she wishes I would "mind her" more then I do but I really like her and trust her, My husband wanted me to change doctors when the other group opened in Independence because it is closer to where we live. But I have steadfast refused because I like her.

I have been a patient of Dr. S for YEARS! She is always very patient and personable and she and her assistant are always very responsive via messaging in MyChart. I trust her and her diagnostic abilities!

I love Dr. Saalfeld. She has been my doctor for many years and I trust her and really feel comfortable talking to her about my health issues.

she was very rude to me telling me there was really nothing else she could to for the pain I was having in the upper right side of my chest and back. The test that had been done were negative. I left upset and made another appt. with the nurse practitioner. She had me go get a ultrasound and it showed that my gallbladder had stones and needed to be removed.

She is lazy and should retire

I have been a patient of Dr Saalfeld for about 12 years now. She is very efficient and so very nice. I feel so comfortable with her and I highly recomend her to anyone looking for a doctor.

I don't think she takes the time to listen to her patients and she doesn't remember to schedule tests that she tells you she will.

Dr. Saalfeld was my doctor for 15 years. When I turned old enough to chose my own doctor I left her practice. She missed many of my health problems. My mom complained when I was little I coughed a lot while playing, but I wasn't diagnosed with asthma until I was in middle school because she dismissed it as allergies. I was sick a lot as a kid and she always dismissed it as me having a lot of viral infections, but would never refer us to an immunologist to figure out why I kept viral infections, turns out I have a rare periodic fever syndrome. She also missed my heart murmur and scoliosis. Doctors aren't perfect, but they shouldn't pretend to have all the answers. My current family doctor admitted he knew something was wrong with me, but didn't know what and sent me to 2 different specialists to figure out what was wrong!
