Couldn't get me in Friday so he sent me to urgent care. I contacted him because the urgent care physician referred me to an ENT with no antibiotics. (Won't be seen for 3 weeks.) I'm on a business trip and I'm feeling very uneasy so I called his office. His assistant said he could do a video call to see me, but I'm out of town so he can't? (Makes no sense.) I'm finding a new family doctor.

He demonstrated a disgusting disregard for patient care. He conveyed all treatment recommendations and plans through a nurse. When it became apparent that those recommendations had not been conveyed accurately, I insisted on contact with the him to discuss my treatment. His demeanor and comments conveyed just how inconvenienced he was by this contact. It seems that Dr. Walter's prefers a drive thru, pass the buck approach to patient care. "I'm right here"??? He does not embody that marketing message.

Terrible I have a severe infection and he told me it was just anxiety and nothing is wrong with me. I wouldn't recommend Walters to an enemy.

Dr. Walters is a kind, compassionate, highly skilled Family physician ; As one of his many patients, I have experienced him as a deeply empathic, dedicated, hard working physician who is deeply committed and concerned about Each patient ; Dr. Walters is exceptionally well trained, stays abreast of the latest medical research, skills, and practice, and he has a keen diagnostic eye for making clinical interpretations and connections which oftentimes uncover underlying complex medical issues; Dr. Walters is disciplined both in his personal life and medical profession, and he is committed to staying abreast of current medical research and family practice. In closing, I believe that Dr. Brian Walters is undeniably a top 5% ranked physician within the St Elizabeth organization; a true gift for those of us living in the Northern Kentucky region. If you are struggling with medical issues and losing hope with your present medical care, then please do not hesitate to schedule an appointment.
