Dr proctor always takes time to listen before prescribing meds. She has always tried to understand my situation and problems. She can explain things so I can understand and she takes time for me to ask questions. So far she has been spot on regarding my medical symptoms Yes w do and will continue to recommend her to my friends and families

When we moved from Lexington, I was worried that I wouldn't find a family practice doctor who would take the time to get to know me. I must say that I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Proctor. She is professional, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Feel blessed to have found her!

When I started going to Dr. Proctor I was not the type that could open up to a doctor. She has such a caring bedside manner yet very straight forward which gave made me comfortable enough to open up and talk to her. She genuinely cares about my health and about me. She is not one of those doctors who walk into the room look you over and give you what you want only so they can move on to the next patient. She will sit and listen to you and not rush you.

Very good family doctor. She has been mine for over 7 years not. Followed her when she moved from Burlington to Union. She is very straight forward, and this is why I like her. If you seek a doctor that sugar coats things, I recommend trying another doctor, however if you don't want to be lied to than I'd say come see Proctor.

Today I was called my Dr Proctor's nurse to give me my results of a breast biopsy. The nurse read that Dr. Proctor diagnosed me with breast cancer. After 20 minutes of being in anguish that I had breast cancer, Dr Proctor's nurse called me apologize. No excuse for this at all.

Dr Proctor had her nurse call and give my biopsy results. She told me I had Breast Cancer. She read the results wrong. I didn't know that for 20 mins until she called back and apologized for her mistake. 20 minutes of anguish I went through because she didn't throughly read the results. Reading a biopsy wrong and calling someone and telling them that is unacceptable.
