List of Robert Fitz's Reviews
Just recently started going to Dr Fitz and I was super impressed with the friendly staff. Dr Fitz is great listener and took a lot of time to review my concerns and explain next steps Very happy he's my regular physician.
Very good doctor!
Dr Fitz is the best Doctor I have ever had. I always recommend him.
I've been going to Dr. Fitz for a while, and he is a wonderful provider! Very intelligent, and answers any questions you might have! I would recommend him to anybody!
Dr Fitz is one of the kindest, companionate, and thorough physicians I have been too. He listens and wants to solve the issue . He doesn’t just try to give you a medication and hope it works . He runs test and actually follows up with his patients. You will wait for awhile to see him. This is because he takes his time and really wants to listen to his patients. He doesn’t make you feel rushed or judged . I would rather wait to see a doctor who will listen, than get in and have the dr rush me and just give me a script. I highly recommend Dr. Fitz him and his staff are wonderful!
I had been a patient at his office for four years. My husband has as well. Although the physicians themselves are tremendous, their front desk staff leaves much to be desired. They are rude, curt and inconsiderate. Today I went in for an appointment and was waiting for 30 minutes, informed the front desk that I had to leave in 15 minutes as I was putting a child on the bus. The reaction from the front desk staff was terribly rude. I had been waiting for over half an hour to even go back into an exam room, and now telling them I had to go in 15 minutes was as if I was seriously inconveniencing *them*. I just was there in order to have some forms filled out as we are foster parents with the state of Kentucky. We offer homes to children who have no homes, and all I needed was a form filled out from this doctor as we need to be recertified annually. I had explained the urgency behind this but have been pushed off yet again. Generally interactions with the front desk staff leave you with the feeling that you are inconveniencing them just by being there. If you call in with questions or requests, it is met with a tone of irritation. Many times questions have been half answered with a voicemail at 4:30 PM on Friday. No one to follow up with or talk to until Monday morning. It’s a shame really because Dr Fitz and Dr Walters are skilled physicians was great bedside manner.
Absolutely, does not care about his patients. I used saw him regularly over several years and then haven't needed to go seen him in the last 3. I was told that policy dictates that I am now considered a "new" patient and could not get an appointment for 9 months even though I have a scheduled surgery and MUST get a physical within 30 days of that surgery. Obviously, he does not care about his patients or their well being.
I had been a patient of Dr Fisk for many years, but have not needed to see him for the last 4 years. I have an upcoming surgery and must schedule a physical within 30 days of that surgery, but was told that I am now considered a "new" patient according to their policy and cannot have an appointment for 9 months (Sept). Obviously, Dr. Fisk could care less about my well-being or my need for a surgery and simply shrugged his shoulders and could care less. I do NOT recommend this doctor.
Dr. Fitz has been our family doctor for 11 years. Sry knowledgeable, pleasant and kind Highly recommended him.
WOW! No personality. Its not just the doctor, but the whole office seems to have a stick up where the sun does not shine. I miss the days when family doctors actually said hi, how are you? Thanks for spending a whole 5 minutes with my wife on her very first and what will be her very last visit. Advice, get some people skills from Dr. Litrell.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
