I have not been very happy with Dr Shupe and how she has cared for my parents. Most often when we call she would refer us to go to the ER. The final straw was when attempting to refill prescriptions the office told us my mother needed to see her, but the earliest date was 6 months out, even for a televisit. Switching to another dr today.

Dr. Shupe is great! I have had her as a doctor since I was a kid. She has also been my mother’s doctor. Dr.Shupe has a great personality and takes a interest in her patients life. She had been nothing but great to my elderly mother. I chose this office just because of Dr. Shupe!

I have been seeing Dr. Shupe for several years now and find she is very through and very caring. Always follows up and returns all inquiries very promptly.

I called Dr Shupe 3 times regarding the health of a relative who is a patient of hers. I am the caretaker of this relative and as such, am authorized to speak with her physicians regarding her health. I left 3 messages asking Dr Shupe to please call me and she never did. Each time I called, the office staff had remembered me calling and was very embarrassed and apologetic that Dr Shupe had not returned my calls. This uncaring attitude of Dr Shupe makes me seriously question the kind of care my relative is getting.
