Took my son to the dentist with a toothache we was there first and they seen 4 people in front of him and his condition was an emergency can't believe how unprofessional they are no compassion and unfriendly rude and unprofessional the dentist was playing doorman he was watching what everyone else was doing all the woman in black there was running around like a bunch of chickens with there head cut off didn't know what they was doing I can't believe the dentist was walking in and out of the lobby playing doorman and marksman handing out masks that was the only thing he done right was hand out masks Never in my life have I ever left a dentist still in pain sincerly we the people

They take forever and just run random test to increase bill and if your late and someone they know is late and your there first never expect it to be first one there to go when they were an hour late we were 15 minutes late but yet they were gone before we were even seen

Called to make an appointment and they told me none available. Called again the next day and they scheduled me for a same day visit. Went there to get an abscess looked at, was wanting to know if I had any other cavities etc while I was there. They told me to schedule an appointment in Hazard after taking 5-6 x-rays to get a root canal. They didn’t offer to fix the chipped tooth I’ve been having an issue with and sent me home doing nothing, but giving me antibiotics.

While the care given to me by the medical staff is good; I can never get anyone on the actual phone to make appointments. I have to go into the facility to do so. Don’t bother calling, no one will answer.

Good doctors

Honestly this place is terrible. My friend has been seeing a therapist here for the past year or so. Her therapist violated a lot of rules including bringing my friend to her house, giving her money and etc… recently her therapist recommended her to a trauma therapist in pikeville. The therapist informed my friend that she isn’t skilled enough to help her and recommended her back. The therapist she had before told my friend that she would be welcomed back when the time came. But had the staff lie to my friend and say she was on vacation at the time. My friend called a few days later to see how the process was going but was informed that her old therapist was never on vacation. Feeling lied to and not understanding the situation my friend emailed her wondering what was going on. This therapist told my friend to email her updates through the process. My friend never got a reply back and had never been informed of anything. Today she went to her appointment for her medication. With a different person. When she got to the facility she told them about her appointment and they were confused. She was told to wait and then was pulled back into an office and informed that this therapist claimed she was harassing her. My friend doesn’t know what she’s talking about. She wasn’t given any proof. She wasn’t able to get her medication that she could get sick if she couldn’t get and the therapist ultimately got her banned from the facility with false accusations. While my friend was escorted out by security who was holding on to her arm. Her old therapist and nurses were sitting at the front desk snickering and laughing at my friend. Complaints with the board were filed. I won’t put any names in this. I do not recommend going to these therapist. They are extremely unprofessional!!!

I come all the way from knott county to this clinic purely because of the friendly staff (definitely in OB/GYN and Behavioral Health)

The dental part at the end of the building is a joke i went thar to get my teeth cleaned thay look at them for a second and said to get a appointment to get one filled they take six xrays every time you go up there just to get money it takes 6 months to get a appointment don't waste your time. If you have insurance and it dont cost anything dont go there thay dont care that xrays can give you cancer

I did not originally see her with my first child but had to have a unplanned c-section and she was awesome. I am seeing her now with my second shooting for a VBAC. I also love the MCHC staff my whole family goes to the doctor here.
