It took forever to be seen. I went in for pink eye and to get some eye meds to help with the pink eye. I was in a rush so I could get something before the pharmacy closed, (which I told the front who checked me in and the lady who took my vitals) neither of which cared or showed any empathy for my pain. and they pushed me to get a covid test, a strep test and a flu test bc I had said I had a sore throat and hadn't felt well for 2 weeks. I was negative for all 3. Then they proceeded to make me wait until after the pharmacies had already closed so I couldn't even get the eye meds I desperately needed until the next morning. They were slow and the doctor was very rude. And couldn't even answer my questions. Which just shows her incompetence. She also said the pharmacies closed at 9 and it closed at 7. I will not be back nor will I ever bring my 3 children back there again.

The Nurses at the Urgent Care are amazing and the Doctors are Great as well!! My daughter and I both were treated and it was very timely!!

Very pleasant experience overall, the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful. The assistant as well. However, the NP Rachel Johnson that saw my daughter (sick visit) was very unprofessional and rude, bad bedside manner to say the least. Spoke to myself and my daughter (17) as though we were uneducated and as if it was a nuisance to be seeing her. Very smart mouth. As an RN myself for over 15 yrs (which I did not disclose) I knew she more than likely had strep and simply needed a few more antibiotics to completely rid the illness, as she is a carrier. Number one complaint was sore throat…they tested for everything but a strep swab. I usually don’t leave reviews and no I don’t want any repercussions for the NP, maybe just a little compassion and humility for her next patients.

I visit First Care when I’m unable to get in to see my family Dr or need a X-ray and don’t want to take chances or take a lengthy visit to the ER. The staff are always pleasant and I’m always seen in a timely manner. I would recommend them to family and friends. There might be a little wait after 5 or on weekends.
