List of Gregory Grau's Reviews
Staff very pleasant & helpful. Doctor's assistant willing to discuss my case & condition. When Dr. Grau came in, he may as well have been a technician. He seemed annoyed when questioned what he was about to do -- annoyed with any of my questions. Not quite sure what I did to get on his bad side; I won't be back. I have since traveled much farther to see another orthopedic doctor and received useful advice (and compassionate understanding).
Used to use this doctor office for knee issues. I’d recommend them to anyone before. Now you literally can’t get an appointment in the last 4 months I’ve called about 20 times. Each time waiting 30-45 minutes on hold just waiting for anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment without ever having anyone answer. You can’t get an appointment anymore. Already had horrible botched surgery by a doctor that was there that was prescribing himself multiple pain meds and doing surgeries high. They did nothing to fix anything for me after and treated it like it was my fault for their doctor destroying my knee.
They take good care of you and will help you with your needs
Best experience I have had for my shoulder pain. Fast, friendly and very good medical care. I highly recomend.
I would not recommend anyone going to this place.I saw Dr Gure, was sent to have a CR Scan of my knee, was told by the Dr at the hospital , and the PA at this office and a Dr at a walk in clinic that I had a meniscus tear, When I went back to get the results of the scan, was told no surgery, I had degenerative disc disease, arthritis and a cyst on the back of my knee , he wanted me to go to PT for 3 days a week for 6 weeks .I ask him if the CT Scan didn’t show a meniscus tear? He was writing out the PT order, he raised up and looked at me , as if to say you don’t second guess me. When I started my PT, and gave them the order from the Dr, all it said was R knee, the PT ask if he had said anything about a meniscus tear, I told her he didn’t say either way, and told her what he said the CT scan showed, that’s all I knew . After 2 weeks of PT, it was not helping at all, the PT suggested I not continue and I should get a second opinion. I called a Dr. In Lexington, was told I needed to have my medical records sent to them, I had the release form emailed to me, filled it out and faxed it to this office.. kept waiting, called was told they did not receive the release form, had the confirmation # and everything that they did receive it, so sent it again.. waited and called back, was told they did not receive it, so I sent it by certified mail, that cost me $8.00. I called them back and ask if they had sent the records to Lexington, they tried to tell me again they didn’t receive the form.. I told her, I had in my hand the day, time and person who signed for it, well then she said she would get it faxed to Lexington, never did, so I called back and was told it was sent, I told her Lexington hadn’t got it.. so was told she would send them again, another time she didn’t send them.. They lied to me and I wasted 5 weeks fooling with them, had they sent them the very first time, my wait probably would not have been as long as it is now to see the new Dr..My advice is by pass this place and go somewhere else.
The staff at the front desk where awsome. They didn't keep me waiting for hours. The Dr was able to help me. I have not felt this good in a very long time. Every case is different. They have helped me two times and I have been very pleases with there service. I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HELPED ME. 🙂
Amazing!! The office staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Dr. Rice answered all of questions and was very thorough. While a broken wrist is never good, the care we received was excellent!
Went for an MRI. Everyone was helpful even w/ things not going as planned. I'll be back!
I was referred to Dr. Grau by hospital emergency Dr. I saw him in the Versailles office and I was in with him less than five minutes. Never discussed my two shoulder fractures or asked me anything about my injury. I am still waiting on a C Scan and it will be two weeks Monday. Maybe insurance authorization or maybe back logged, but I was not in the least impressed with his demeanor. Just saying...................
Love Dr. Grau!!! He did both of my shoulder surgeries, and he treats both my mom and dad. He is my go to for orthopedic!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
