Absolutely loved Dr. Reynolds. He made me feel very safe and comfortable before my colonoscopy/endoscopy. He prayed with me and everything. The staff he works with are very nice too. Couldn't have asked for a better GI Dr!

I saw Dr. Reynolds due to my problem with swallowing. I also spoke with him about another problem that I had seen numerous drs about over the years and none of them believed that I had this. He said to me in the initial visit: if you do have it I promise you we will get rid of it. I saw him for an outpatient endoscopy and before he preformed the procedure he came into my room and told me I was ready and would it be ok if he said a prayer with me before. I was in shock! I have never had a physician asked to do such a kind thing with a patient. Dr. Reynolds isn't a perfect man, none of us are, but he is a good man and an excellent physician.

I had pancreatitis and was referred to him to try and get to the bottom of it. He essentially accused me of being an alcoholic binge drinker because I was 21 at the time and he couldn’t find a specific cause for my pancreatitis, even though I could count the times I drank during that whole year of being 21 on one hand. Been meaning to make this review for a few years. He definitely doesn’t deserve the 5 star review he had. Maybe actually listen to your patients and believe them when they tell you their symptoms instead of just assuming they’re lying to you.
