List of Alexandria Solutions's Reviews
Friendly, courteous, and completely professional. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Rodgman. Helped me to feel at ease, they listened, offered sound medical advice, and above all everyone showed they cared for me as a patient. Highly recommend.
Have been coming here for over 3 months now. They are amazing!! The staff is courteous and efficient. My doctor is supportive and knowledgeable. He even printed me out literature relating to my needs as a patient. I love him!
Will be going to another facility. For my anxiety disorder. The first rule of medical care is do not harm. Monica Griffith up my med. And it harm me. I was just there for a meet and greet coming from another parish. She is not a Psychiatrist. Just a nurse practitioner that writes scripts only and not a good one to boot.and doesn't listen well..commucations is a must.
Love it!
She had better have patience with my daughter and treat her nicely. She has autism III and I’ll report her if she’s rude and uncaring
I had my first appointment in January after my only sister passed away. I went because I wanted counseling for my grief. I was told “ I can’t fix grief “ by the nurse practitioner but you can see another counselor. I was told that someone would call me to schedule an appointment. I am still waiting for them to call!! What if I had been seriously depressed and suicidal? I’d be dead by now!!
There a joke
Place is a joke
Does not take cards as a form of payment - what a way to make mental health care even more inaccessible than it already is.
Pathetic. This used to be a great place with caring staff. Not any more. I had to give them one star to review. Just so you know, they're not worthy. Find another program.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
