My visit last week with Dr. P. Redmond gets an A. My time is extremely valuable, extremely. My appointment was at 8:30. I arrived a couple of minutes early and signed in. Less than 15 minutes later, I was called to update paper work. After that, I was back where my eyes were dilated and then was sent to the next waiting room. About 20 minutes later, the "optics" testing was done. At 9:28, I'm in the room waiting for Dr. Redmond. He arrived shortly ... very nice as always ... and I was checking out at 9:45. I know I get good care and service by this facility. All the staff is very friendly and professional. I have total confidence in Dr. Redmond's expertise in his care and treatment of my complicated vision problems. That's why I continue to go there. An hour and 15 minutes is excellent patient flow compared to previous visits. And FYI ... I'll be setting the bar at 75 minutes for future visits.

Very very poor. Did not come talk to us after surgery. Clinic wait time was 2 hours for a 5 min visit. Disappointed Clinic staff was very kind and helpful. 5 stars to them but overall experience was poor

Best decision I ever made! Everyone I dealt with genuinely cared about me and my progress. They were all very welcoming and kind! Dr. Redmond was incredible and always made me feel at ease. I highly recommend!

The experience was awesome. I was able to reach Dr. Redmond for an emergency over the weekend after my surgery. He was very helpful and patient. The staff is very friendly. Excellent service.

Dr. Patrick Redmond is the greatest! He did my LASIK surgery and now I can see without glasses perfectly. He also did my mother's cataract surgery, and she can see just as good as me without glasses too! He is very caring and compassionate, and his bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend him to my friends and family without hesitation.
