Great experience! PA Mr Michael Hebert is one of the best urgent care providers around. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner and knows what medicines to prescribe. He has treated me more than once and I am always satisfied. Also, the service is fast and everyone is very hospitable. By far one of the best urgent cares in the state.

I will never go back here. I was missed diagnosed and they refused to call me in the medicine needed to cure what I had. I then went to ER to find out that something was wrong but they had told me nothing was wrong. I called them everyday for over a week like 9 days straight they kept telling me the manager gonna call me but never did, I just asked for a refund that I never got.

Arrived at 1:00pm. Had to leave at 2:45 to be back at work and still had not been seen. Very disappointing. The staff was very nice though.

This is my go to place when I need care but my last visit was very lackluster and disappointing. I had a very bad fall injury and waited a week to see if it would get better, it didn’t so I had to take the time out of my busy schedule and pay out of pocket to seek medical help. Basically waited two hours, saw a nurse who took vitals and X-rays. Doctor finally came in for I kid you not, less than a minute. Made me lift my arm, said I shouldn’t do the activity that made me fall again and basically threw prescriptions for steroids and pain pills at me and left. I left dumbfounded and planned on letting staff know when I got my follow up call a few days later, but that call never came. It really angers me when medical professionals think patients come in only for pills. I was in pain and really thought I had damaged my shoulder. I don’t even like taking pain meds like that and when I had to take them I cut them in half. I still have half that bottle left. Just really disappointed.

Wait time to see doctor was extremely long. Nurses were great about getting a room situated and processing test results, but I feel like I could've avoided waiting from 2pm-5:30pm just for them to pass me antibiotics/muscle relaxers and send me on my way.
