He posted an eye disease diagnosis about me on the patient portal, where I read it. He stated on the patient portal that he had explained the diagnosis to me, answered all of my questions, and had given me a magazine to read about the condition. In fact, he never discussed the diagnosis with me, definitely had not explained the diagnosis nor answered any questions I had about the diagnosis, and the magazine I was given was for a different eye disease diagnosis. I wasn't happy.
