Dr Vaughn was good and treated me well . His secretary Amy is very unprofessional and the rudest person i have ever dealt with. Everyone has a bad day and I put that in consideration. This wasn’t the case with her. She caused me to find another Dr. She was rude to me and my GF .every time I called. I couldn’t get my procedures done because you can’t talk to her without her being very rude and not wanting to do her job the one star is all because of her she made the intire experience a living hell..

I couldn't walk due to a lower back injury and after Dr. Vaughn's surgery; am walking again. Excellent doctor and surgical team! Am no longer using a walker or cane.

My husband saw Dr Vaugn from the er at Cabrini. When he saw him first he couldn't walk. After the surgery he is able to walk with minimal pain. Dr Vaugn and his PA Robert are great.

Scheduled for a 9:00 am appointment, still sitting here two hours later . Completed the online paperwork and brought with me to save time , only to be told that the firms online is not correct . When asked why someone hasn’t fixed it , the receptionist stated she is working on it . Unacceptable wait time .

Dr. Vaughn diagnosed my problem on my first visit. I had seen doctors in Houston and New Orleans and got the wrong diagnosis. He literally saved my life.

Had back surgery and Dr. Vaughn did and excellent job. Before surgery I was having problems falling and after the surgery I am so much better.

I saw the one star review wanting to bash Dr. Vaughn, and I really wonder how the person got the impression he was rude and condescending. He was actually very kind to me and answered my questions very respectfully. I appreciated him the one time I saw him for my lumbar spinal stenosis and appreciated his recommendations for me. The man is very kind, and if my back does degrade anymore, I will look to him for surgical options.

I called ahead of time to ask if they had wheel chairs available for their patients. They said they did. We arrived for our 3pm appointment and no wheel chairs were available. I told them we would wait until one was available. They said if my dad who CANT WALK could not get in the office by 315 they would cancel his appointment!!! What??? I had to walk to another medical building and “steal” one of those! Extremely poor customer service for their patients!!!!
