Had a bad boxer's break in my hand and Dr. Gonzalez fixed it about 70% back to normal. I'm still in therapy workkng on the other 30% GREAT doctor. Very professional and his staff is amazing. From how I came to him to where i'm at today is attention and dedication to his craft. Thanks Dr. Gonzalez and all your staff as well.

If you ever make the decision to break your fifth metacarpal (the one behind your pinky finger) by punching a wall right where the stud is, this would be the guy to fix it...After making the trip to the urgent care to confirm I had indeed broken my hand, I prodded the internet and my insurance company for an experienced orthopedic surgeon specializing in hands. As luck would have it, Dr. Gonzalez's name topped the list. He is one of the best hand surgeons in Miami.Dr. G's staff is attentive, professional, and will do everything possible to relieve any stress you may feel about being in a doctor's office. Everything from setting the appointment, the office visit, and even the billing is handled with great attention to detail, patience, and respect for your time and well-being.My break occurred over the Christmas holiday, and his office had an appointment for me that Friday. Surgery was scheduled for January 3rd, and today, after five weeks of recovery and a second surgery to remove the metal pin, I got the green light to punch the wall again! (Just kidding, people...)Thanks to Dr. G and his team, I can now type up this Yelp review using ALL my fingers!SYOY!!!

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Gonzalez's clinic. Honestly with no doubt the best doctor and team. Not only all my problems were solved but the treatment before my turn on the clinic was very professional and polite. Wouldn't change my doctor for any other !!!

De. González Hernández and his staff are extremely professional, helpful and over all provide wonderful customer service. I recommend this office to anyone suffering from any type of shoulder to hand issues. They will try their best to help you improve, instead of steal your money and force surgery on you. I was seen after a horrible shoulder dislocation and was seen by Sergio, Jorge and Eduardo they were both so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to this staff!!!!

I went in for a second opinion and was so comfortable that I went ahead and did the procedure right there and then. Doctor Gonzalez and staff are first class. Strongly recommend!!!

He almost killed me in the hospital. He had no idea what he was doing, and didn't know how to control his staff. He is very rude and arrogant.

Dr. Hernandez was able to diagnose my 11 month old son with a congenital defect that went unnoticed by 2 other ped specialists. It was so nice to finally get some answers and not feel like a crazy mom! He spent a reasonble amount of time thoroughly explaining everything. Very down to earth and easy to talk with. Highly recommend.

I made the mistake of not having a pediatrician when I had my baby and they gave me the on call doctor, Dr. Hernandez. My child had jaundice really bad and we were in and out of this office every other day for about 2 weeka after we were released from the hospital. The first time we went, instead of seeing a doctor, they gave us a nurse who had no idea about our daughter and the jaundice. She did an extremely fast exam and wanted to send us on our way. We had to inform her that we needed an order to go to the hospital to get her billiruebens tested. We waited for 2 days before we had to call someone at the office to get the results. This happened repeatedly!It is always an aweful experience every time we go. Waiting for 1 hour or more just to see a nurse after they tell you that you will meet with a doctor, every time you call you get an answering service instead of speaking to someone directly, noone wants to call with results or make anything easy. We had to go to the hospital every other day or so because her billiruebens were so high and instead of them just sending the order to the hospital, they made us come in for "an appointment" and wait an hour or more just to give us a piece of paper to go and wait at the hospital. You would think that having a well side and a sick side would be a great thing, but even if you enter the well side, they walk you over to the sick side if the waiting rooms on the well side are full. So you are practically in a room where a sick child just was. The way they run there business is absolutely retarded and they have no regard or concern for parents or their patients. We have been with this office for almost 2 months, giving them time and time again to change our minds and they have repeatedely disappointed us. We finally decided to change for our daughter's 2 month check up and now we are having to pay to get her records faxed over to the other pediatrician. I called my new pediatrician to ask them if they have ever heard of charging for records to be sent to another pediatrician and they said no. Only if the records were being sent to the parents would they be charged. Apparently, Dr. Hernandez and his office are the only office that is charging for records. It's been one thing after the other and I will be happy to never have to deal with anyone in this office again! I would not recommend anyone to go here!!
