The front desk staff was AMAZING. As soon as the doctor got back into our room is when things all changed. Not a friendly place to take your kids. They will not try to help calm your child after you’ve explained he already has anxiety about doctors. They will have a nurse bear hug your child to the bed while he is screaming at the top of his lungs scared. I’ve never had such a bad experience someone and I wasn’t even the one being seen. We will never be back.

I went to Rapid Urgent Care yesterday and I had trouble getting my prescription full. The doctor and staff went above and beyond to help me get the medication I needed.
