If you want an excellent doctor who treats you like family, look no further. She won't stop until she finds out what is the cause of your illness. I am 78 years old and have never experienced such a thorough doctor. She keeps me “well.” I can’t ask for more

You should be ashamed of yourself in calling you a Primary Care Physician. My mother who is 83 and under YOUR care took a bad fall on 11/14 and was rushed to the BR General Emergency room. She had a cracked eye socket and nose with 6 stitches above her eye with a scrapped up hand. Thank God CT scan was negative and she was released. Per the General 's order she was to see her PCP within 3 days which is YOU! However, when we finally get through to schedule your 1st available is 7 days 11/22. Even after explaining the importance to operator and then relayed back to you were still not willing to make an exception to see her earlier for her for the ENT referral she needs. SHAME ON YOU! Hypocritic oath my a**!
