I called 3 days in a row for questions about my stress test. I was promised a call back everyday they made all kind of excuses. I finally talked to the nurse manager and she was rude and told me they were to busy to call and that it was close to my appointment and I should just come in. The nurse before her put me on hold she thought but she did not and I heard her say I’m not getting in trouble for this. So she explain so things to me I was just answers my I was not contacted. I went to the doctor today and Doctor Patel and he came in the room very rudely and said don’t yell at my nurse. He just told me I had high blood pressure then he apologized after I told him the story. I never yelled at no one he did not even ask me he assumed and came at me very aggressive.A doctor supposed to help not cause emotional pain and embarrassment and stress. This was very disturbing to me I almost left in tears. He talked to me like I was a child and below him.
