Dr Black is amazing . And so is his assistant Kelly.

Front desk staff is so rude, we missed an appointment and they called me 45 mins after missed appointment to see if I could bring my son right then and there and I told them I had my 3 year old and they said oh Nevermind we don’t allow other kids that aren’t patients! Then couldn’t reschedule us! We will never go back to them! I would 100% not recommend this place!

I have always shown up early to every appointment. I showed up early and had to wait 2 1/2 hours in the lobby area before seeing Dr.Black. On October 24th my daughter had an appointment for 4:10. I called to inform them I was running behind. The front desk/receptionist were rude and got on the phone huffing and puffing. I informed her about the traffic she said yes its always traffic around this time. She cut me off mid sentence when I was explaining to her it was because of an accident on the interstate. I live in Zachary and and the drive usually takes 40 mins. I really hate this is the only specialist in the area. Customer service is everything. I really hope this will be my last appointment. I'm to the point where I'm willing to drive to other states cause this is ridiculous.

Rude and lack of respect for people. Missed one appointment due to my father being sick in the hospital now we can no longer go back! Would NEVER recommend this office!!!

Truly the best...Period!

Dr. Black and his officer personnel were so kind. His nurse especially gave that extra caring touch. He is thorough, patient, explains things, and takes his time with his patient. He performed surgery on my son to help correct his eyes crossing. He was amazing. I traveled from over an hour away just to see him and he did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

Loved Dr Bradley Black miss him since he retired .. But not Andrew Black ..office staff is very rude. They just stop seeing patients without any notice . No letter or any notification. Very bad business and no way to treat long term patient .. would not recommend.. very rude front desk ..

My 26 week preemie was a patient of Dr. Black after our nicu stay at Women's. We went to him until my son was 2, then he referred us out. He has a busy practice but on normal days, can get you out in a reasonable time. The toys in office are adorable, if you do have to wait! He was super patience, he also understood my anxiety and stress when he met me at the office on a Saturday afternoon. He was there to walk us through it over office visits, phone calls, text, on weekends! My point is, he definitely is an outstanding Dr. and staff! Thank You!

I am a sophomore in high school. I have been going to this office since I was in the third or fourth grade. Dr. Black is a fantastic doctor and has helped me through my retinal detachment since it came up as a child. The staff are all very sweet and Dr. Black’s bedside manner is great. Everyone at that office deserves all the praise in the world. Thank you all for everything you’ve done for me and everyone else you’ve helped :)

Dr. Black is wonderful at what he does. However, his office staff is terrible.
