I appreciated Dr. Richard putting me at ease and explaining my condition to me. I have a chalazion on my upper eyelid and didn't realize it's a type of stye. All the Google searches I made wouldn't directly tell me that. I was also relieved that Dr. Richard was not quick to want to surgically remove it. He decided that I should try the nonsurgical approach first. I would definitely recommend Dr. Richard to anyone looking for an efficient eye doctor and having their first thorough eye care experience.
