They don't care about patients and their pain, only money. They'll cut your meds out without you even going against their contract. If the shots are not good for you. I can't live with this pain anymore. They don't care, their in for the money only.

I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH THE HORRIBLE RATINGS ABOUT THE DOCTOR, TIM & ESPECIALLY THE STAFF. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS NOW. NOT ONCE HAVE I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. LOVE MY DOCTOR, LOVE TIM AND LOVE THE STAFF. THERE IS NOT 1 NEGATIVE COMMENT THAT I CAN/NOR WILL MAKE ABOUT THIS DOCTOR AND HIS STAFF. THEY ARE AMAZING ♥️♥️♥️

The best Pain Management Doctor I have found in 12 years. This Doctor truly cares about his patients pain and doing everything in his power to both manage and, reduce it! Very friendly staff. A pleasure to be treated by him and his Staff!

I would recommend Dr Johnston and his staff to anyone. They are all the most amazing,sweet,kind and understanding staff we have ever encountered. They are so knowledgeable and efficient. Raven and Adam are on the staff as well and they are both simply amazing. All the girls at the front desks are awesome as well! Thank you all for all you all do!!

I had seen him for four years never failed a drug test. Never had a problem until I had back surgery in January of 2019, after that I was treated differently like I was a junkie. Six months after my surgery his PA TIM which I have only seen twice in 4 years demanding that I have a stimulated put it. My back surgeon said it would take a year to a year and a half for the full effect. I told him I didn’t want the stimulator only six months after surgery. He got loud and demand that I get test for it. I told him no. We left the room. Not sure what he told the dr, but two days later I received a letter in mail, I was discharged for rude and inappropriate behavior. I was in shock. Could not believe it. Someone that had been a patient for that long and not even come and talk to me are hear my side of the story. So I call another pain management dr to transfer and they would not take me because they told he they don’t take patients from Dr Barrett Johnson office. Wonder why??

He is unbelievable. I was discharged bc of one of his PA (Tim). Received a letter that states lies. That I was rude and in violation of an opioid agreement. I always done what they asked of me to see if it would help. Never and I mean never failed a drug test. I was discharged bc I had back surgery that didn’t work and I refuse to have a stimulants installed. So they couldn’t make and more money off of me. They cut my meds down to nothing and when I told them they refuse to do anything. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone. As long as you are having test and procedures don’t your are fine. After they will kick you out.
