Heard she’s a great doctor, but how would I know. I’ve been calling for over a week with no return call. Looking for a new endocrinologist ASAP.

Dr Breaux comes off as a really caring endocrinologist but will talk to you like you're a child. Doesn't like calling her patients back and defends her extremely rude assistant Keri or however she spells it. The assistant was as rude to my pharmacist as she was to me. They sent me a letter saying they could no longer see me and I've never been treated with such disrespect at a doctor's office.. Truth is Dr Breaux takes on so many patients that she can't keep up with. She did not want to listen when I told her how rude her assistant is. Try your luck with another doctor because she's just too busy for her own patients

The office staff and the clinic nurse was extremely rude to me. Will not ever be treated with such disrespect again.

I just tried to make an appointment with Dr. Brittani Breaux and was utterly appalled. I feel her receptionist was rude and sounded just foolish. She kept saying she Would Not give me an appointment without prior diagnosis, labs, diagnosis, etc, etc, etc. But, wouldn't that mean if all the questions were answered, I wouldn't need to see her. I was looking for further insight and help. Of course I have prior justifications, but needed to dig further and with her bio claiming that it is what she specializes in, figured she would be the perfect person to help but I guess NOT (and she insisted I would be seeing her NP instead of her anyway).

Office staff is difficult to deal with and slow to get things done. Also got the impression they were not interested in speaking with patients or assisting them.Additionally, I was given incorrect information by my doctor (that I have since verified with several sources was incorrect) so I don’t feel confident in her abilities to treat me. If you have hashimoto’s, I would steer clear.

I have tried a few times to make an appointment with this doctor. My doctor referred me to her for my Hashimoto’s so I called to make an appointment and then was told I needed a referral so I called my doctors office back to ask them to send over a referral. They said they will do it that day but give the office a few days to get back. I called the next week. The office was busy so I left a message. I received a call back. I asked to make an appointment. I was if I had a referral. I told the lady that my doctor sent it the week prior. She said that I would get a call...as if I know how their referral system works. It’s been too much of a hassle to deal with this office.
