Had a very nice experience with Dr. Gadi at CIS Baton Rouge. The staff was very respectful and professional. -Chase made me feel comfortable during my triage experience. -Dr. Gadi made me feel safe and also was compassionate. He focused on me during my visit and not a computer screen which made me feel that I was getting his full focus. I know that I am in great hands under his care. -Delma was extremely friendly at check out. Her positive spirit put a smile on my face. -Update- Today I saw Molly for an echocardiogram. She was extremely professional, caring and respectful. She made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Molly. -2nd Update- Laci in Lab- thank you for being so nice and helpful to me while drawing my blood! -3rd Update- Brandee was very friendly and kind during triage. NP Angelle Whitty was very thorough in explaining my results. Friendly and professional. The facility was beautiful, new, and has the most current medical technology. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because of my follow up appointments. I live in Livonia (45 minutes away) and I have 5 follow up procedures which I was very hopeful to have them scheduled in 1 or 2 different appointments. Unfortunately I have to go back 4 more times over the next 2 weeks. It is a little inconvenient. That has not changed my feelings towards the staff and how professional they all are. Thank you for treating me with respect and compassion while in your care. ***-UPDATE- I went today for my echocardiogram and I spoke to a representative about my schedule. They were able to consolidate my appointments so I have to go for fewer appointments. I appreciate this so much. Now I change my rating to 5/5 stars. ***

Dr. Green has a great bed side manner and is very thorough. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nosey representatives who answer the phone. When you call for a specific staff member some lady ask what’s is your relationship with that person. Very inappropriate to ask that.
