Cannot say enough about Dr. Riché and her staff. She helped me through two surgeries and I received the best care possible. Extremely professional and proficient. Have already recommend people I know to her and they have been extremely pleased as well!

Dr. Catherine Riche came highly recommended to me by an Orthopedist from out of town. I was able to schedule an appointment with her for the same day that I called. All the staff were very courteous. Dr. Riche was fantastic. She was thorough, and explained her recommendations for treatment clearly, and answered my questions. I highly recommended her to anyone who has an injured/broken foot!

My visit with dr Riche was everything I would have expected based on previous experiences at the clinic. Very little wait time, staff was friendly and professional, and the diagnosis clear and understandable.

I had the best experience with Dr. Riche and all of the staff at BROC! They were very attentive and patient when explaining the procedure and answering questions. Dr Riche even called me back herself when I called the office with a question after my surgery and never made me feel rushed while speaking with me on the phone. Dr Riche provides the best quality of care and has wonderful bedside manners. She is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise. I would definitely recommend Dr Riche to anyone needing foot or ankle surgery.

I do believe that Dr. Riche is intelligent. I do believe she means well. I also believe she needs to work on her delivery of a message. I am in need of surgery. We agree on that. She offered me no solutions to the presenting problems other than this is going to take months to resolve and referred me to another doctor that is likely to do the same thing. In 6 months this is no longer going to be an issue as the surgery will be covered by the responsible party even if I was 500 pounds. She continued to ask me what controlled substances I was taking. I am nearly 12 years sober. I am also being treated by her colleague, Dr. Boussert. BROC has some wonderful physicians. Dr. Riche is not one of them.

Dr Riche is a very professional and personable doctor. She always listens to your problems. Her staff is top notch. Very polite and helpful. I have already referred Dr Riche to several friends

I had already prepared my mind for a long wait before I came so I was shocked when within 5 minutes someone was calling my name. I just knew it was someone else that were calling for with the same name! The “table manners” of the people that cared for me were very professional. However, Nurse Ferrell (I believe that was his name) made me feel like I wasn’t just in the company of professionals, but someone who actually cares. Dr. Riche knows her job and gave me a sense of ease as she was her tigerous self. She’s a go getter and reminded me of my mom. I was in and out in RECORD time yet I left with the feeling that I had been taken care of. Hats off to the team! Keep caring for PEOPLE for after all, they are YOUR BUSINESS😉
