Very thorough, professional yet personable. I recently switched from another physician group to Dr. Lovell because I miss a true doctor patient relationship. I want a physician to connect with me and not a computer. So happy I made the choice to invest in my own health by chosing a doctor that put patients instead of paycheck first.

If you want a doctor that listens to you, asks you follow up questions and gives you answers then this is the physician for you! He has wonderful bedside manners. When he's speaking with you he sits down and really listens. Also, he's the one who often give you a call back with test results. He's the only doctor in this office so if there are lots of walk-ins or if they fit you in last minute you tend to wait a while to get to see him. Otherwise, the wait is not bad at all. The nurses are great as well. It's a toss up with the front office staff. I haven't had any of them be rude, however some will go out of their way to help you and others just do the minimum.

He seems to be a real nice guy but his girls working the front are rude. Don't expect them to handle anything even when they say they will take care of it!!!!!!!!! They will argue with you over it and take no fault in something not being done that they said they will do!!!!
