When parents go to a specialist, we are already nervous, due to seeing a specialist!! the last thing we need is to be treated like we are dumb or less than, we are aware the MD knows more. DR Lutfallah does not listen, she rushes visit times and she talks down to parents. We actually switched doctors because we were not new parents but new to the issue our baby was having, we needed a caring informational SPECIALIST.

After years of giving her grace, we finally recognized we needed to see someone else and returned to my initial endocrinologist. I was never treated as a “person” and, honestly, in my childhood naivete, I assumed that was just how doctors were supposed to act. The quality of the care she provided was also lacking and, to this day, I am appalled by some of the medical advice that we received. Thankfully my parents intervened where they needed to. In short, I recommend finding another practitioner.

Brought my daughter to her on several occasions. Now looking over her doctor's notes, she completely dropped the ball. Wouldn't recommend.

Do not go to the person. She does not deserve the title of Dr or MD. My daughter was diagnosed at the age of 7 (she’s 25 now) with juvenile type 1 diabetes and I never left her office with out crying. I can’t believe she still practices in Baton Rouge.

Judgmental, lacks empathy, and I never walked out of her office without crying. My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 7, she is 25 now. The way she treated my daughter is unforgivable. Melissa & Demi

Ive been a patient of hers for a very long time. Shes know me in & out. To bad she doesnt see adults because i want to go back! She is an phenomenal endocrinologists i couldnt asked for anyone better!

Dr. Lutfallah is very thorough and knowledgeable in her diagnosis, ordering labs, explains every detail of the labs, treatment and recommendations. She is very caring.

Dr.Latfallah has been the absolute best in regards to my sons care. She has treated him for 14 years for Hypothyroidism. I honestly did not like her in the beginning because she seemed to me to be a bit much! I was totally wrong!! She actually cares about her patients and I appreciate her so much for putting me on track to better care for my son. I thought I knew what was best for him more than she did but I was totally wrong. I followed her instructions to the “T” and immediately I began to see progress in my sons health. I would totally recommend her to others. If you want a hands on physician Dr. Latfallah is the perfect doctor. She is very passionate about her patients and also she has the best Nurse(Martha) who has been with her for a long time. Thanks for being an awesome caregiver I wish there where more like her!

We absolutely love Dr. Lutfallah. She’s been amazing for my son since his diagnosis. I’m so thankful for her and her team.
