I went in for chronic wrist pain from pregnancy and being a new mom. Dr. Cefalù was very informative and kind and really listen to me. He came up with a solution and my wrists don’t hurt anymore. I’m soo grateful

The Bone and Joint Clinic staff were professional, friendly and top-notch. The young lady who scheduled my appointment was so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Cefalu's nurses (Payton and Jill) are quick to respond in a professional and friendly attitude with attention to my case. I cannot say enough about Dr. Cefalu! He has amazing bedside manner - focused, attentive, professional, informative and knowledgable. I knew I made the right decision on my surgeon the moment he walked into the exam room. He explained my situation, and even took photos during the surgery to show me. He was very easy to talk to and I was able to schedule at my convenience. He is humble and friendly. If you need a hand surgeon - Dr. Cefalu is a sure bet.

Dr. Cefalu and the staff at Bone & Joint Clinic definitely set the bar high for surgery experiences. This was the first time in my 46 years to see a doctor that made the time in his schedule to thoroughly discuss my condition in ways I could understand. He made sure to ask if I had any questions and gave me an email address to contact him if something did come up. I did send a email with concerns and I got a response the next morning. The surgery was explained in detail, along with what to expect before, during and after surgery, and recovery time etc. My surgery was on a Friday and the following Monday morning Dr.Cefalu personally called to check on how I was doing. This was just a great experience all the way around.

The staff are professional, organized, and nice. I called at 1:10 pm and had appointment for 3:30 same day with Dr. Cefalu after wrist fracture the previous day. From the beginning of the appointment, following appointments, and surgery Dr. Cefalu was exceptional!! He took time to explain everything with surgery and what x-rays were showing. Outstanding care and bedside manner. Thank you!
