Dr. Bowie did an outstanding job with great results. If you are having neck problems he is the doctor to see.

I had two, back to back minimally invasive surgeries with him in 2021. He came highly recommended and I feel this was the worst mistake I could have ever made. Not only am I not better, I never felt any relief after either surgeries from the get go. He wanted to do a 3rd, but that would be a no go for me. I've worked with many neurosurgeons before, but his patient care skills are terrible. He's very dismissive and doesn't seem to care. You will see his nurse and PA more than you will ever see him. His office staff isn't any better. I had so many issues getting information lined up because I'm from out of town. Getting them to be on the same page was like pulling teeth. They were rude. I did more crying during my 14 week recovery due to mental frustration with him and his staff. I work in healthcare and this was by far my worst experience. Remember, your staff is a direct representation of you and your business. I give 3 stars because Nicole (RN) and Valerie (PA) were nice...

I would definitely recommend Dr Bowie. Did neck surgery September 20 and the best decision I made… I just thank God that everything worked out the way it did. And having Dr Bowie recommended to me was a God Send! Also the staff are Amazing as well!!

Dr. Bowie performed surgery on my lower back having to insert 2 rods and 8 screws to allow for less pain and greater mobility. The surgery was successful and I am now recovering. Although the recovery has taken quiet a while, it is progressing well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bowie for anyone experiencing back issues. The Spine Hospital of Louisiana provided excellent, professional care. I would also highly recommend it.

Dr. Bowie is one of the most caring doctors that I have met in a long time. I was referred to him by someone else. I had so many problems going on with my neck and in constant pain all the time. Dr. Bowie did my surgery and I am better than I have been in a long time. Everything was great throughout the whole surgery process. Very pleasant experience

Dr. Bowie performed a Spinal Fusion Surgery on my lower back in March 2021. I had not been able to walk properly and without great pain for 2 1/2 Years. My Cousin recommended Dr. Bowie to me. DR. Bowie listened to my concerns, and encouraged me to ask questions. I was treated with kindness and Compassion by Dr. Bowie and his Staff. The Surgery was a great success. I can walk again without pain. Dr. Bowie gave me my life back, and I am so grateful for that. He explained the Surgery to me, and after the surgery, I received great support whenever I called his office. I could not have asked for a better Doctor!
