Dr Richard is definitely a 5 star, but I give her a 10 ⭐️ star! She took great care of me in my situation . I thank God for giving us a Dr like her! She never rushed with me and talked to me on my level, you know not way over your average persons head and I felt like a person and not just a number!

Staff was very accommodating in fitting me in for a rash that was spreading and somewhat uncomfortable. Dr. Richard as always is extremely pleasant and attentive to my concerns. She explains clearly the problem and how she will treat it, along with alternatives if the 1st treatment prescribed does not work as well as she hopes. Deborah P

Dr. Richard is the best, you absolutely will not regret choosing her as your dermatologist. She is caring, has endless patience, and is very kind. She listens to you and you don't feel rushed, she explains things very carefully to you and she answered all my questions thoroughly about my concerns for side effects in the medicine I was prescribed and in the end I felt safe to take it and I had no problems. In the many times I've had to see her I've never had to wait a long time and scheduling an appointment was always easy. Due to health concerns I have had to go to many doctors and she is by far the best. I've never left feeling upset or frustrated even if I was given bad news. Thank you Dr. Richard and all the wonderful nurses that cared for me, I deeply appreciate y'all!
