All the nurses and doctors were polite and professional. My experience was very positive. I didn’t have to wait long after I was processed given the IV.

First time using this staff and not impressed at all, my appointment was for 8am and didn't take me back for my procedure until two hours later! It took me to call the main doctor office while I was waiting in the waiting room for them to realize they some how forgot about me even that I signed in at 7:30 that morning. On top the doctor and staff tried to pass blame on the clinic but it was their responsibility to check on the patient still waiting especially when it is on the schedule board and didn't notice that my name was some how missing. Also the doctor didn't even come talk to me while I was in recovery. Won't be using this clinic or doctor again

Dr Arbour is the BEST gastroenterologist I have ever been to. He takes time to listen to you and explains everything to you !! You never feel rushed when he enters your exam room !! I highly recommend him !!!

Very pleased with Dr. Arbour as my Gastroenterologist. He clearly explains the procedure scheduled and puts you, as the patient, completely at ease. All accompanying staff was terrific!

This was my first visit with Dr. Arbour and Im so glad I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Arbour listened to my concerns and took his time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I didn’t feel rushed and I left feeling like I’m in great hands. His nurse was also awesome.
