Great Doctor. Good bed side manners.

I have been seeing Dr. Barber for many years and I am satisfied with the services he provides. However, since they have stopped doing the blood work at the Lady of the Lake, and formed it out to LabCorp, a "free" annual physical is costing me over $200. This is not acceptable and I will be looking for a new doctor if they can't fix this.

I had an appointment with Dr Barber and he was an hour late when i decided to leave there office as he never showed for his appointment with me i could here him laughing and joking next door talking about football / sports scores. This guy obviously doesnt care and no one should be under his care or supervision. If you have a life and actually need medical care Dr barber isnt for you however if you have no where to go and all day to get there and need someone to make meaningless conversation then hes your guy.

Dr. Barber has been my primary care physician for over 35 years. He has seen me through many illnesses with professionalism and integrity. I trust him 100% with every diagnosis. His referrals are to other proven doctors who have been capable in every way, I look forward to working with Dr. Barber for my healthcare needs for many years to come.

He is on my insurance Card . I have never seen him to Review . Dr Carson seems to like me though and is Smart . It is hard though in this town to get the right help . I think all the Dr,s know each other like A big Family and are influenced by he says she says . But when dealing with patients lives impacted by serious injury it is a concern to stay here in this town . Stars are for Dr Carson

Dr Barber has been my doctor for over 30 years, most compassionate doctor I have ever seen. He makes sure you understand everything that is going on and takes time to hear what is going on with you.

Has an over whelming attitude of “I don’t care“. And is literally never in the office. I’ve been out of medicine for almost a week now and still haven’t been able to reach him and get a refill. I will not be back.

Dr. Barber was the weekend on-call physician when I needed immediate attention, though I was a primary care patient of Dr. Lee. I had a kidney condition and my urine was changing colors rapidly. He returned my call promptly, asked thorough questions, and gave me advice that solved my problem. He even called back the next day to check on me. He has a pleasant demeanor and a compassionate tone, and doesn't rush through a conversation. He's a great listener. I highly recommend.
