Very fast friendly and excellent service

Fast paced practice but front reception treated me like I was the only patient. Dr Smith was thorough and engaging and explained results of X-ray in understandable terms. Well pleased with this clinic and the physician!!

I have been treated by BROC doctors for my foot and my back. My foot issues have improved significantly. I just went for my back a few days ago, my initial visit was great and I'm optimistic my issues will dissipate.

Dr. Smith was business at this time. I saw his PA Justin Welborn he was very cordial and listened to my need.

When I presented for my appointment, I was early because I knew there would be new patient intake forms to complete, provide insurance information etc. No, I wasnt advised to present to my appointment early, but you been to enough you know. However the intake paperwork was so long it took me at least 30 minutes to complete; I was called to the back to a smaller waiting room, where after sitting there for about 3-5 minutes I was brought to do an XR. I asked if this was mandatory, because I personally didnt feel an XR was warranted, but cant wait for that on my bill, either way I was advised yes it was. After XR was complete was brought to an exam room and the doctor walked in almost immediately, looked over my paperwork, read back to me what I wrote down, and touched the inside of my elbows. I was in for neck pain. After that brief, uninformative interaction i was scribed Gaba/Medrol and recommended an MRI; I was more upset because of little interaction, which i guess is why they have a book for you to complete when you go in for your appointment. get you in and out. Since the OV i hadnt heard about the status of my MRI about Mid August my appointment was sometime around the 2nd and i called and left i believe 2-3 messages for a Melissa with no return call, and finally when i spoke with the Operator at BROC i was told a note was ONLY made in my file on 8/29 i believe detailing that i am calling from a number not in my file. Well how so?!? basically what i am being told is i am incompetent and will write everything else correctly but my OWN phone number so then by the time i was able to get in touch with the MRI department i was told my authorization was effective until the 2nd of September, well how is that when my auth that was mailed to me by my insurance states Sept. 8th; the visit was a complete waste of time, took longer to complete paperwork THAN TO SEE THE PHYSICIAN, which was pointless paperwork because i was also asked what pharmacy i use and that was also in the intake documents; so i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SOLELY OFF MY EXPERIENCE; ITS A GET YOU IN GET YOU OUT AND SEE HOW MUCH MONEY WE CAN SQUEEZE OUT OF YOU TYPE VIBE. AND DONT BOTHER LEAVING A MESSAGE FOR HIS NURSE, SHE DOESNT CALL BACK ANYWAYS

Dr. Smith and his team are the best!!! They are all very knowledgeable and caring. They listen to any concerns and help you feel at ease. Justin, NP and Melissa are fantastic. I am very pleased with my care that I have and continue to receive.

Dr Jason Smith did an excellent job accessing my injury and planning my next steps of care

Hands down one of the best spine specialist around. He was very friendly, clearly explain my injury and the steps that were gonna be taken to heal that injury and made sure I understood everything he was sayining. Hands down one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. Also they have a very cool stand up x ray table that makes getting x rays super easy for bigger people

I was very pleased with my first appointment with Dr Smith. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to help solve my back pain. He listened and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr Smith to anyone with spine issues. He has a great staff of workers at his office.

Dr Smith was great. His bedside manner was awesome. The wait was less than 15 minutes. I appreciate him he was concerned about my health and making sure I was feeling better. Thanks again for everything. Today I am feeling beter.
