John A. Dean Md's Online Review Report Card

Reviewers are very important because it’s us that shape the businesses and organizations. This is an honest review!! Dr.Dean’s office is very unprofessional and rude. To start with the front office the receptionist poorly represents Dr.Dean considering she’s the face she is forgetful and always utilizes the excuse that she’s new I and several others have contacted her and got wrong or misleading information. Next up Dr. Dean he does not come off as straight to the point but more so in a rush. Dr.Dean will get up and walk out the door mid sentence rushing. There are also others that stated he is not a good surgeon and “botched” their bodies. The entire establishment needs a reprimanding. It’s very concerning when seeking assistance or a consult and no one is knowledgeable. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I hope this is taken into consideration. I even called the office to file a complaint directly and was told their was no one to complain too. I requested a doctors excuse and they got it wrong with the wrong dates at least 4 times

I went in for a simple eye lift and came out with double vision- Dr' John A, Dean messed up my surgery and left me with double vision possible permamently. I was in a great place in my life ready for retirement and now because of the double vision, I stay home all the time, can't drive or go to work. This surgery changed my life forever-

Doctor Dean destroyed my eyesight for life I can't go to work can't drive a car at night very dangerous even at daytime do not get eye surgery from this man for any reason if you don't believe me spend a 1/2 A-day with me and you will make your mind up

I went in for a simple eye lift and came out with double vision. It maybe permanent. I was in a great place in life getting ready to retire. Now I’m stuck at home most the time, can’t drive or go to work. I have to wear an eye patch not to have double vision.

Warning! This doctor left me with double vision after a simple eye lift. He said to give it a month amd then dismissed me saying for me to go see an eye doctor. Now, I’m home most the time, can’t drive or go to work. The double vision maybe permanent and this surgery changed my life. I do not recommend Dr. John A. Dean.

Finding the office was very easy. It's located inside of the Womens Hospital located on Rue de La Vie, on the fourth floor. The office was nicely decorated and well lit. Mrs. Yolanda was very polite, helpful and nice. She got me checked in and registered in a timely fashion. It was my first consultation and the wait time to verify everything and fill out the paperwork was about 35-60 mins total. Nicole came and got for the appointment and did all the necessary questions and took the pictures. She was very nice and informative she answered all the questions I had. Dr. Dean seemed really nice, informative and straight to the point. He's board certified and has plenty credentials. He explained what he could do to help my situation pertaining to my back. We definitely will talk about the pros and cons; I have a few more questions I thought of. I’ve read quite a few reviews about him and still processing it all… So far so good. I will update my review with my next appointment.

He did an excellent job on my breast reduction. My breast are beautiful!! I recommend him to anyone...

In November 2020, I had a mini tummy tuck and 3 hernia repairs done by Dr. Dean. He was nothing less than AMAZING. His nurse was always comforting and my results are astonishing. I would recommend him to anyone! And will definitely be back to see him! Thank you Dr.Dean!!
