I chanced upon Dr. Chapman and his clinic when I was at my worst. I remember crying tears of joy after my first few appointments cause I felt like someone fully understood and cared about what I was going through. The business model he has set up in his clinic is amazing! They called me to check on me multiple times. At the worst it was at least once a week and even sometimes on weekends and off hours. Dr. Chapman, as well as his entire staff, make you feel like you are a person that matters, not just another patient to hit the quota. I feel like I found a unicorn in healthcare.
