Dr Scrantz and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, personable, kind and efficient! It’s been a very positive experience throughout the entire process !

Every time I come across this video I get angry that Dr. Scrantz let my husband leave his office like this without zero help other than an appointment for surgery almost 2 months later. By the way….he told us he doesn’t write prescriptions for pain. I watched my husband scream in agony,. I watched him sob in pain and the results from all the pain caused him many other issues. This is inhuman!! My dogs get treated better then this when they go to the vets office. Unfortunately it would not allow me to show the video. My husband was trying to get into the car to go see Dr. Scrantz. I took the video so I could show Dr. Scrantz how much pain he was in. Dr. Scrantz had zero empathy.

Dr. Scrantz and his staff were very professional and accommodating. My questions were answered clearly and understandably for a non-medical lay person. My procedure went very well and the follow up visit was a great experience as well. It was definitely worth the drive to Baton Rouge for his service and skill set

Great surgeon

Amazing Doctor and incredible staff! They actually listen and explain your options. Never had such a wonderful experience with a Doctor. I ended up having to have a lumbar fusion with an artificial disc and the entire staff treated me like family. There was someone in the room every 30 minutes. Absolutely love this doctor, his hospital and his staff!!

I met Dr. Scrantz as a terrified 18 year old having a massive stroke. I literally woke up to him inches from my face during my first evaluation upon arriving at the hospital Memphis TN. He was 1 of 3 neurologists assigned to me. He was my only Dr. who was prepared to really dig into why I was having the problem I was. Thanks to him I was correctly diagnosed with 2 blood disorders and an autoimmune disorder which allowed me to avoid many future issues with my health. I quite literally owe my life to Dr. Scrantz!! Excellent bedside manner, highly intelligent and actually cares about his patients!!!

Wait time once at the office was great. The P.A. was very polite and professional and appraocable. Unfortunately, the rave reviews heard about Dr. Scratz left me with a bad feeling about the entire visit. My daughter has suffered from chronic neck and back pain for years and we came to him for help. We were told that we were at the wrong place and needed to seek pain managanement. After 2 M.R.I's and recent anti-inflammatory therapy, Dr.Scrantz told us we needed to seek help with a different doctor and at times was extremely condescending in explanations. My only hopes were for help and I feel as though it was a waste of time and money. II

Very rude desk staff on both visits. Doctor basically denied service but after reviewing my medical records it doesn’t add up to him staying there’s nothing he could do back at ground zero. Will not refer anyone ever!!!!!!

My PM doctor sent me to Dr.Scrantz to do surgery on my back.I suffer from severe back,hip and leg pain after being run over by a car on a busy highway.I have siatica, spondylosis,bulging discs,pinched nerves,spinal degeneration and severe footdrop.Most days the pain is so bad I can hardly walk or take care of my household duties or lead a normal life.My PM doctor has exhausted all or the proceedures and treatments available to him.He was left with only one option for me...surgery.So he referred me to Dr.Scrantz.Afted forcing me to come back three days in a row,along distance,on bad tires and little gas,and after my boyfriend took off work three days to bring me, Dr. Scrantz decided he don't want to do the surgery I desperately need.He basically wasted my time,and oh yeah,called me fat,I'm sure he only says things like that to his female patients.He don't care how I am suffering.He seems to have no interest helping lessening my suffering.He could care less.That's just sad.

Great doctor he done what six otber doctors could not.
